It's been six months since I kicked-off Well-being with Sharman, my monthly newsletter with guidance to live well on your terms. I wanted to pause and ask, has the guidance helped you?

Well-being is more than a "check the box" motion, it takes time and encouragement to stay the course and form new habits. That's why I launched Well-being Lab; a free monthly community call for subscribers. The next call is June 11th, additional details are below.
